What is your return policy for items purchased directly from www.powerslide.net.au?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the merchandise for an exchange. We will gladly accept return/exchanges for any unopened items in new/unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Items that are opened, damaged, missing packaging materials (i.e., skate box) or do not have an authorized RA# may be denied. Please contact Customer Service via email through the CONTACT US form to receive your authorized RA#.
Once the warehouse receives the item(s), an exchange will be processed as soon as possible. Unfortunately there are no refunds for a change of mind purchase.
Please note, we do not cover return ship costs.
What if an item I purchased directly from www.powerslide.net.au is defective or breaks?
If an item breaks and/or is deemed defective, please refer to the warranty period instructions that were provided with the product. If within the warranty period please contact us immediately at (02) 4973 5999 or via email through the CONTACT US form. We will make every reasonable effort to replace a broken or defective item that is under warranty and ship this item to you as soon as possible.
What if an item I purchased from a Powerslide retailer is defective or breaks?
For items you purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the retailer at which you purchased our product from and they will assist you. If the retailer is unable to help, please contact us at (02) 4973 5999 or via email through the CONTACT US form to review how we can assist.
What are your standard shipping costs?
We have a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders up to $299.99. Any orders $300.00 or more will receive free shipping anywhere in Australia. This will be sent out with standard post using a number of couriers, based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once you have successfully completed your order through our website store, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your order number along with details. Once dispatched, the tracking information will be sent to the email address on file. Please contact us via email through the CONTACT US form should you need any additional information concerning your order.
Are there various shipping options?
We offer standard shipping using a number of couriers. If you require express shipping, this is offered at an additional cost using Australia Post Express.
How quickly will I receive my shipment once I place my order?
Orders are typically shipped out the day of your order, or the following morning. Once dispatched, delivery times can range from 1 to 7 business days based on your location, potentially longer to addresses in New Zealand. All packages are shipped from our warehouse located in Newcastle, NSW.
Do you accept international shipping addresses?
We ship worldwide to most countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us. Please see additional information about international orders below.
International Orders:
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the items weight. All international orders are sent with Australia Post and customers will receive tracking once the order has been dispatched.
If Import Duties, VAT/GST and Clearance Costs are charged on entry of your order into the destination country, they are payable by the customer.
If you are unsure of these additional costs please contact your local Customs Department.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other external factors beyond our control.
- International shipping times vary and may take longer due to customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country.
- We do not collect or cover these fees, and they are not included in your order total.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay any applicable customs or import duties imposed by their country.
- Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
- If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.
Tracking & Lost Packages
- Tracking information is provided with all shipments where applicable.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered." Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
